The pricing below is extremely competitive and is for our fixed fee services and includes VAT.

Berto surveys cover the property in considerable depth and in accordance with the governing body's requirements and we use the format designated by the RICS therefore you can be sure we are covering all areas in the survey comprehensively.

All Berto Chartered Surveyors have a minimum 10 years experience in the industry and have at least one Post Graduate qualification specific to surveying in addition to being degree qualified and RICS chartered. 

​

Valuations such as those required for help to buy schemes, lending, probate are carried out by our partner valuers who are fully signed up members of the RICS registered valuers scheme.

Listed buildings, buildings in poor repair and buildings with significant secondary outbuildings incur additional cost normally charged at price of an additional bedroom. Please request a specific quotation in such case.

The RICS Level 2 Home Buyer survey is only recommended for new build properties or apartments in good repair. In any other circumstances a RICS level 3 Building Survey is strongly advised.
